Personal training fee covers a more individualized coaching sessions focused on enhancing athletic performance, improving technique, and achieving specific goals. Each session provides a more dedicated attention from a qualified trainer to ensure proper form, progression, and development. This fee reflects value of personalized guidance, real-time adjustments tailored to the athlete’s ongoing development and training needs.

1 Month: $425
Kickoff Assessment Waived + 8 Sessions / Month. This all-in-one fee covers your personalized onboarding session—complete with assessment and monthly program - 2 sessions per week for Specificity Coaching sessions to build your solid strong foundation toward your fitness goals.
